Tips and Tricks
(and other misc info)
Assassin's Cloak:
Found on Kender
Island, It allows you to become invisible.
Not only that but you can even Kill while wearing it and remain invisible.
People can still see who killed them by using the 'lastkiller' command. Be
careful though when using this with fade on, because your SP goes down as a
tremendous rate.
A magical orb:
Found in the Sunken
City, Also known/referred to as a necro orb, this item allows you to drain MP
from Mobs in the game. Some say it can hold up to 50k worth of MP if you go
around gathering up enough MP from Mobs. Rooms with Multiple Mobs are best for
this orb. But be careful, when you replenish with it, it will paralyze you for 6
rounds. Paralyzing the mobs first, and keeping yourself at full health, are the
best thing to do when using this item.
Note:
If you look at the Mob that carries this item, it won't tell you if he's
carrying it or not. This item cannot be stored.
A Multi Colored Ring:
Found in Fenris, It allows you to transfer
your Mp, Hp, and Sp. For example, it you are low on Sp, you can type 'transfer_sp'
and it will transfer your Mp and Hp into your Sp. You can do the same with Hp or
Mp. This item never auto loads, so I suggest if you use this often, you can
store it in a vault.
A Shrunken
Voodoo Head:
Found in the Fenris Rainforest from the High Shnakra Witchdoctor
(which is actually quite easy to kill, he just has an infatuated amount
of HP) (It's highly recommended you use the spell 'acid' if you have
it.), and second version in the clouds, you can name the head a
players then, and then you can poke it, pull it, kiss it, fondle it, and
the player that you've named it will see all kinds of funny things.
The Drow Dagger:
He or She who holds this dagger will rule drow.
Presently Holan holds it. To take over drow, kill him or her, and loot
it, or steal it.
The Deed Flute:
Found in Marrdan. If you play this, it will give
you clues to at least 25 different deeds in the game.
A magic potion:
Found in the Bell Tower in Whitestorm, this item
will permanently increase each stat of yours by 1. HOWEVER, it can only
be done once. I recommend waiting until at least Elite, if not higher,
when stats are generally way more expensive to raise.
Blue Wands:
Founds in the Faerie area in Cabeiri, and at least
three other towers in the Sunken City. The most popular location is the
Faerie area in Cabeiri. When wielding this wand, which is a blunt weapon
I might add, any class can 'Zap' monsters. It's pretty helpful to use at
lower levels. With decent armor, it's not unheard of level 5 characters
grabbing a few wands and killing monsters in wolvesdale at a decent
pace.
A wizards staff:
Found in Wolvesdale, the staff can be
cracked. If you crack it, it attacks everyone in the room doing 100 -200
hp damage to all in the room including yourself.
Crystal Ball:
There are two places where you can get the Crystal Ball. In Cabeiri,
in the goblin caves, and in the Clouds. (You can not scry people with this one)
With this item you can 'scry' other players and see where they are. Even
players wearing an assassin's cloak. Shatter this orb for a pleasant
surprise. If you mist yourself, you can prevent others from 'scry'ing you. You cannot get
this item yourself if you are over level 10.
Blue Eyes:
Found in Wolvesdale.
Southeast of the Balloon Landing. Works exactly like a crystal ball.
Shatter it for surprise.
The Pool of Seeing:
Found in Guilo's House, you can 'view' players in this room. If your
invisible, or have an assassin's cloak, players can still see you. You
can block yourself from being viewed by using the 'mist' spell.

Rolling Stats:
When rolling stats, rolling in the
Whitestorm class halls will generally give you better results than the
halls in cabeiri. For Fighters and Rogues particularly, it seems you get
better rolls for Strength and Dexterity points.
The Bounty Hunter:
The bounty hunter is Level 500. There
is a 33% chance not to be hunted anymore after being killed by the
Bounty Hunter.
Dragons Flying:
It costs 20 sp per room. If your SP
goes under 26, you and anyone that is riding you, you or both will die.
Landings are the same as Boat and Balloon Landings.
Shaman's Shelter Spell:
It's possible to destroy if your
faith, magic attack, and constution, is bigger than the shields
strength. (Strength is 1 value + another value times two, not sure
which)
Mages Gate Spell:
Lasts for 15 seconds.
Ring of Healing:
A ring of healing has no AC. It adds
1mp, 2sp, and 1 hp per heart beat (two seconds).
Magical Ring:
A magical ring has no AC. It adds 2mp
per heart beat (two seconds). Uses = 700.
Berserk:
Berserk lasts 25 seconds, or 10 full
rounds. While you
are berserk you cannot use any of the following commands. 'n' 's' 'e'
'w' 'nw' 'sw' 'ne' 'se' 'u' 'd' 'enter' 'beserk' 'go' 'north' 'south'
'east' 'west' 'northwest' 'northeast' 'southwest' 'southeast' 'out' 'up'
'down' 'quit' and 'wimpy'
Salve:
Replenishes approximately 60-99 hp,
20-39 mp, and 5-9 sp. This is an approximate guess.
Player applies salve.
11 HP added, 3 MP added, 1 SP added
-3 seconds-
26 HP added, 6 MP added, 2 SP added
-3 seconds-
56 HP added, 12 MP added, 5 SP added
-3 seconds-
16 HP added, 4 MP added, 2 SP added

finish.
Whitestorm Mana Orbs:
Whitestorm orbs have 1250 MP each. The speed is 3 mp for slowly, 8 mp
for normally, and 15 mp for quick, per heart beat (two seconds) per
orb. Draining sonic on elite orbs is 20 mp per heart beat. Not sure
about how much each elite orb holds.
