| Ok, You should now be able to create member accounts.
Using the shoutbox and forum require a member account, as do voting on polls from now on.
You can upload Avatar's and fix up yourself a nice little profile. Which you are free to do.
Only members can view the members list.
You should be able to send private messages to one another also..
Members can also submit Articles, News, and Links.
